Warranty and Return Conditions

WARRANTY TERMS

All products offered on our platform are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise. For the warranty to be valid, we strongly recommend checking the product's outer packaging and contents at the time of delivery. If damage is found during delivery, you must have the shipping agent prepare a report and return the product before accepting delivery. Situations not covered by the warranty include: user-induced modifications to the product, physical deformation, and damage to the original packaging.

 

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

If the product you purchased is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly sent, you must contact our customer service within 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date. To contact us, you can send an email to siparis@findikotesi.com or call our helpline at +90 540 611 77 17.

After reviewing your application, our team will inform you about the return or exchange process and the relevant shipping details. If the faulty product is approved after review, it will be replaced with a new one of the same product, depending on stock availability, or the amount paid will be refunded.

Return and exchange requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

   • If the product damage is determined to be caused by customer use,

   • If the 7-day notification period has been exceeded,

   • If the product has been partially or completely consumed, its packaging opened or damaged (for food safety and hygiene reasons, opened packaged hazelnuts and hazelnut butter products are excluded from returns).

The provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations shall apply to return and exchange processes.

 

RETURN PROCESS — STEP BY STEP

1.     Click on the live support button in the bottom right corner of our site to contact our support team; provide your order number and the issue you are experiencing.

2.     Our support team will evaluate your request and inform you of the appropriate return or exchange method and shipping instructions as soon as possible.

3.     Deliver the product, with all contents complete and in its original packaging, along with the purchase invoice, to the cargo company specified by the support team.

4.     After the product reaches us and the quality control is completed, your exchange or refund process will be carried out.
