It is prepared by carefully selecting, roasting and grinding hazelnuts grown in the Akçakoca region. Its particulate and crunchy texture gives it an intense flavor and spreadable consistency.
Made with 80% hazelnuts and 20% beet sugar, it contains no added oil, preservatives, flavorings, sweeteners or chemical additives. It is vegan, a source of fiber, and is shipped in a glass jar.
Storage Conditions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Natural hazelnut oil may separate and rise to the surface over time; this is normal.
- Stir with a clean spoon before consuming.
- Keep the jar tightly closed after opening.
- For extended freshness after opening, it can be refrigerated; in this case, its consistency may thicken.
